Laura McNeill will guide a gentle Summer Solstice Tea Ritual, honoring the peak of the longest day and the turning point as we move towards the balance of light and dark.

Together, we will mindfully drink tea, allowing its warmth and wisdom to help us arrive fully in our bodies and become present to this seasonal transition. There will be space for reflection, connection and gratitude for all that has come into bloom.

We will then move into a restorative and harmonising Sound Journey, using vibrations and sound to support within nervous system and encourage relaxation on a cellular level.
