Refunds & Return Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Exmouth Healing Centre online store. We are committed to ensuring your experience is positive, transparent, and fair. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy covers:

  • Physical products sold through our online store
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Bookings for workshops, events, and services

2. Physical Products

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return physical items if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. opened herbal teas, essential oils)
  • Personal care items once opened (e.g. balms, creams)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

2.3 Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

2.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

2.5 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales of downloadable products are final
  • Refunds or exchanges are only available if the file is defective or inaccessible

4. Workshops, Events & Services

4.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund or credit
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but credit may be offered at our discretion
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits

6. Statutory Rights
