Practitioners must:
- Treat all Clients, staff, and other Practitioners with respect and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
- Avoid any behaviour that may be disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe.
2. Behaviour On Site
- Arrive and depart punctually for bookings.
- Keep noise levels appropriate to the treatment setting.
- Refrain from using the Centre for any purpose other than providing Your Treatment Services.
3. Use of Facilities
- Practitioners must leave rooms clean and tidy after use.
- Any damage or issues must be reported immediately.
- Shared areas (e.g. waiting areas, toilets) must be used considerately.
4. Use of Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is provided for professional use only.
- Practitioners must not use the network for unlawful or inappropriate activity.
5. Use of Incense and Aromatherapy
- Use of incense, candles, or diffusers is permitted only with prior written approval.
- All scents must be non-toxic, subtle, and safe for shared environments.
6. Fire Safety
- Practitioners must familiarise themselves with fire exits and procedures.
- No naked flames or heating devices may be used without written permission.
- Fire doors must remain closed and unobstructed at all times.
7. Insurance Requirements
- Practitioners must hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- We may request evidence of insurance at any time (see Clause 8.6).
- Insurance must cover all services provided at the Centre.
8. Qualifications and Credentials
- Practitioners must hold appropriate qualifications for the services they offer.
- We may request evidence of qualifications or certifications at any time.
9. Compliance with Applicable Laws
- Practitioners must comply with all Applicable Laws, including health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection legislation.
