I’m a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Registered Mental Health Nurse with a Master’s degree (MA) in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, bringing a compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed approach to emotional well-being. My work is shaped by a blend of clinical expertise and coaching principles, creating a grounded, supportive space where clients can safely explore their inner world and move towards meaningful, sustainable change.
Having transitioned from the NHS into private practice as the co-founder of Mindful Growth Solutions, I now offer sessions both online and in person, giving clients the flexibility to choose the environment that feels most comfortable for them. My approach is guided by each individual’s needs, fostering trust, collaboration, and empowerment throughout the journey.
My coaching and mentoring training underpins my therapeutic style, enabling me to support clients in building self-awareness, inner strength, and confidence.
