Having worked in nursing and care for many years, Francesca has extensive experience supporting people with warmth, patience and sensitivity. She offers a calm and welcoming space where people can speak openly, without judgement, and feel genuinely heard.
She has completed CPD-certified training in bereavement and grief support, developing her understanding of grief, communication and different approaches to supporting people through loss.
