Hello, my name is Harie and I am a qualified Music and Sound Therapist and a Reiki Master Teacher that has worked in the field of sound and energy for over twenty years.
My background has been working in mainstream education and the music industry in so many beautifully diverse and varied roles. I continue to support children and young people with their health and wellbeing through workshops and projects and I really hope to set up a regular club here too.
More recently I have found myself delivering group music and sound therapy sessions within community care settings, hospices and supporting nurses and health care workers. I am particularly interested in the science of vibrational sound and how it can affect our cellular behaviour and in all the research that has been conducted about how it can support pain management.
I hope to share the powerful and transformative effects of therapeutic sound in an accessible and inclusive way, helping to gently support and guide each person back to themselves and find a space of calm, where all stress and tension can be effectively released.
I am also qualified in aromatherapy, crystal therapy, Reiki and meditation and often use these in my sessions too.
