These sessions are a space for you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and allow what’s ready to be felt and released to move through.

I work with people who find it hard to connect with their emotions, who feel stuck in looping thoughts, or caught in fight, flight, freeze or fawn. People who feel like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way – and are ready to gently find their way back.
I am trained in Reiki, Sound healing, crystal healing, and Sacred Somatic journeys. I have National Diploma in Care and am trauma informed. My work is intuitive, weaving these modalities together to meet you exactly where you are. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. A space to soften, to feel, to release, and to reconnect with your true self.
