Philly is a freelance dance artist and yoga teacher from Devon, and a Middlesex University Graduate. She has been performing, facilitating and producing contemporary and creative movement sessions in community and educational settings, to inspire the next generation, nationwide for 8 years.
In 2020, her work expanded into dance and movement for health and wellbeing, qualifying in Dance for Parkinson’s with the English Nation Ballet, and working with Virtual Motion dance to deliver dance programmes in hospitals to people with long term health conditions.
Now back in Devon, she is bringing her wealth of knowledge back to benefit the local community.

Dance for Parkinson's
A movement to music class to support balance, strength, coordination, mobility and memory for people living with Parkinson’s and their carers, while having fun. We’ll always start seated, and gradually get up to dance holding onto a chair, with some dances moving around the room. All movement can be adapted to be done seated if necessary.
